Nowadays, cybercrime becomes a big popular in developed countries, due to improvement of modern technology.
The first important reason which happens in today’s society is parent’s growing method in some countries. Some younger people find the government’s or some companies’ security problem and crack the system and steal employer’s money or damage the budget of the country. Younger individuals have interest to cybercrime, because of the lack of parental guidance and social media. Social media has a huge impact on children’s growing and sometimes it causes some problems between teenagers, such as showing some videos about scamming people in Youtube, Google and TikTok. Due to prevent this problem, government should encourage parents to show some short videos, which can help their children to understand the problem and try to find the right way. After this, new generation will have less interest to make cybercrime and the proportion of attacks of the security will be reduce.
Another reason to consider is that, poverty forces some people to crime from home, because old generation has a little information about technology and it is hard to find the scammer after losing money or personal information. Government should inform people from social media or from TV for solving this problem to reduce the rate of cybercrime. The second and important solution is developing the security and helping younger people to make money with working in country’s security and it will also reduce the unemployment of country.
To conclude, taking all the aforementioned reasons and solutions into account, I am convinced that social media has a big role on the problem, but government and individuals can prevent this problem by following some instructions
