Despite 30% and 31% of urban dwellers were counted in Malaysia and Philippines in the beginning of the period as well as Indonesia and Thailand demonstrated 12% and 19% only, the next 20 years reflected the percentage growth with insignificant fluctuations and changing the positions and crossing with the indicators describing Malaysia regions at the 40% point, then a significant surge took place in 1990. In contrast, the mark is supposed to be increased by 2040 while the Philippines reported a moderate decline during the 1980s that will probably be compensated with an accelerated increase in the birth rate by 2040.
The Indonesian indicators reflected the non-rural residency level of nearly 28% in Thailand in 2010. That is confirmed with the statistical data of World Statistics Group as well as the same indexes were registered with the percentage growth (at 42%) in the Philippines. Moreover, further increase is supposed to be noted by the end of the period. Finally, 40% of the discussed human resources are waited for in Thailand by the final date, while today the marker is the point of 30%.
