The table given illustrates the Ashdown Museum visitors number during the year and the next year after it was reconstructed. The charts provide information about the result of a surveys asking about the visitor satisfaction when they visit the museum during the same time. Overall, the number of visitors gradually increased after refurbishment, as well as the percentage of people who were very satisfied.
Before reconstruction, the number of guests stood precisely at 74,000. Moreover, 40% of the guests were dissatisfied compared to satisfied people at exactly 30%. However, there were 15% of them which very satisfied to the museum, while the rest of them were very dissatisfied and chose not to respond.
After the refurbishment, the number of very satisfied individuals rose significantly to 35%. Similarly, visitors who were satisfied also experienced a steady growth to exactly 40% from 30%. On the contrary, the number of guests that were dissatisfied and very dissatisfied decreased dramatically to 15% and 5%, respectively. Despite that, visitors that chose not to response was remained unchanged at 5%.
