The increasing demand for new products and therefore, manufacturing causes irretrievable damage to the nature due to the pollution and constructed plants taking more space from the wild and rural areas. That could be stopped only by common efforts of the government and ordinary individuals working together.
First of all, as the modern strong advertising and promotion lead to the growth of consumption, the producers that aim for higher profit foster production. Attempt to make more money brings considerably more intense functioning of factories with vast waste materials and emissions into the atmosphere. Consequently, speeding pollution leads to severe damages to the environment; for example, animals leaving their natural habitats and some plants disappearing unable to maintain life in the worsening conditions. Moreover, the industrial development requires additional structures to be erected. While there might be a certain hesitation about starting construction within the cities, less populated locations suffer greatly. That’s how being a good example, unique grassland in Kazakhstan got to be considered as no more than a room available for manufacturing plant for goods’ export.
Hereby, with the problem exponentially getting topical, the following actions might be implied. To begin with, the restriction of building could be implied by the state force. For instance, there should be more requirements for the companies to guarantee the nature protection, secure the green spaces and wild life when applying for the construction approval. Secondly, not to be down to the governments’ only, every person could make an impact by tracking their everyday purchases and consciously avoiding unnesesary consumerism.
Summing up, I believe that only sharing responsibility for the planet’s state and opposing the general trend of advertisers, people will be able to preserve the nature.
