Children’s education is essential and could affect their development. It requires the responsibility of parents and school, which must be treated seriously. In today’s society, the question of which side could bring more value has been discussed widely. In response, some say that the values of parents and family are more important and influence our future success than the knowledge or skills we learn at school. From my perspective, I support the view that parental education gives people more value.
To start with, values are something that individuals have to show their personalities, and how to deal with this world and others; that could show your personal values which is an important key to success, compared to the skills and knowledge from school, since it depends on people how to survive in the society through deal people in the right way. Furthermore, as the first educator, parents could influence children’s long-term development since they could stay longer with their children. Everything they learn would not only affect their behavior and ideas properly but also give them a chance for children to spread the values they gain to others, which enhances them while promoting society’s cooperation and harmony.
On the other hand, children learn from their parents’ experiences to develop. Simply put, young people can learn behaviors, basic knowledge, and life skills from their families, which could help them gradually finalize their actions and emotions and broaden their perspectives and ways of thinking.
To sum up, parents could undoubtedly give more value to people since values and experiences are more important.
