On the one hand, there are some reasons why housing shortage can be solved by people living in the city. Firstly, people can change their things that when living and working in city, they can reach more work’ s opportunity and gain a huge profit which causes over population and increase unemployment’s rate, especially the lack of housing. Therefore, people can choose living in places which they can affordable purchase to a house for living. Additionally, with the development of tourism, it easily rise the rate of shortage land to construct house due to many enterprises tend to invest to ecotourism destinations, plaza and playground center which receive many attractive from foreign people and richer. Consequently, individual and companies can reduce the phenomenon of commuting to city and tourism plans.
On the other hand, there are some convincing reasons why i believe that only government can tackle this problem. Government should become supervisor and capture identify the phenomenon of population and housing rate. In addition, government should cooperate with private enterprises to development housing’s plan for individual, it not only enhances a wide range of employees’ resource but also improve the financial aids, but this method needs the strict monitoring from government. For example, in ho chi minh city, government and companies create a plan concentrate on benefits of individual, such as built more housing for people and selling its with a suitable price to folks, especially poorer.
