Technology has become an important part of our lives. Many people argue that it has made our lives easier and more comfortable. However, I disagree with this opinion because technology also creates serious problems such as laziness and dependence.
First and foremost, technology makes people lazy. Nowadays, many people do everything with their phones, laptops or tablets, and they do not try to do anything on their own because technology does it for them. Some people think this is normal and that technology should do everything for them. In reality, however, this view has damaged our way of thinking, and people are becoming lazier day by day. For instance, instead of going to a shopping center and buying something themselves, they order it online. As a result, they become less active and their health may be at risk.
In addition, technology makes people dependent on it. They think that technology is a priority in life, and if they do not have access to it, they feel helpless and believe they cannot live without it. For example, when there is a Wi-Fi problem, people become stressed. As a result, they lose the ability to solve everyday problems on their own.
Admittedly, technology has some benefits, such as faster communication and easier access to information. Nevertheless, these advantages do not outweigh its negative effects on our habits and independence.
In conclusion, I completely disagree with the idea that technology has made our lives better. Although it promises a more convenient life, it makes people lazier and more dependent. Therefore, we should use technology wisely and not let it control our lives.
