There is a growing trend where some individuals believe that life has become easier and more flexible with the help of modern technology, while others argue that it has the opposite effect, making life more stressful and complicated. I largely agree that technology alters our lives by enhancing and contributing new opportunities to our society. In this essay, I will discuss both views and provide my own opinion.

On the one hand, more and more people start to rely on current technologies as well as gadgets, which notably facilitate our lives, but there are some issues that can arise while using them. Firstly, due to the growing reliance on technology and gadgets, there is a concern that people could lose their natural abilities, such as basic decision-making and analyzing common things in daily life. This circumstance largely affects human behavior by making them lazy and silly. Furthermore, it makes people feel stressed and obsessed with a particular type of technology.

On the other hand, it has its own benefits as well. A good example is an assistant AI, which notably increases users’ productivity by providing essential guidance and assistance throughout the day. A good example is Open AI; by combining it with gadgets such as smartphones, it would be beneficial for those who use it, as it provides a variety of options as well as opportunities because of its coding algorithm. This has been confirmed by US scientists, who found that with the assistance of AI-powered gadgets, students tend to acquire knowledge faster with varied methods.

Overall, it is a beneficial contribution, and it has notably enhanced individuals’ lives in certain aspects by providing good help to its users. However, it depends on the users as well—how and where they use this technology
