A generation ago, teaching in a high school was considered an extremely well-respected and well-known job, and in some countries this is still true.However, in many countries, there has been a dramatically drop in the number of young people who want to become teachers.In this essay we will look at the reasons for this and propose some solutions.
One of the main causes of the problem is that teachers’ salaries are lower than another jobs. And teachers’ income is not as law or medicine professions.The solution for this, the government to increase tutors’ pay urgently. And it would attract more people into the occupation.
Another problem is that more children do not behave well in class. If toodlers do not behave well in class, they will not listen their teachers and they will interrupt to lesson. Hence, teachers often have to deal with students who disobey them, which causes them to giving up teaching. Furthermore, all issues of among education does not belong to teacher. Pupils’ parents play big role of childrens behaviour which their education or care. Therefore, parents have to be responsible to their childrens’ future.And this way make teachers job easier and they teach pupil excellent.
To sum up, teachers are vital person in the world.Moreover, they are necessary to countries future and education.In my view, the government need to give attention to this profession and raise their salary.If that works are done, we would not have problem with teaching.
