Nowadays being successful in job is essential for everyone due to increase in the competition. Succeeding in job depends on several factors. I am going to discuss about my opinion in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, job succeeding is important and I believe it is easy to get success in job if you have knowledge about job description and task you need to achieve on daily basis. Furthermore, if people only care about themself they may also miss some opportunities or updates. Moreover, a person needs to be a team player rather than working alone as he get more stuff to learn more. And also if person spend more time in team work person create friendly environment at the work place.
Furthermore, being selfish can also lead to some consequences that can lead to even termination of job depending upon severity of task. For example if person becomes selfish and try to hide his mistakes that he has been doing from long time or try to put blame on others. This can even impact other person more as they have to survive from the affect of that. Lastly, I believe that a person should focus more on the task he does and knowledge he has rather than just thinking about himself, he must think about the company productivity this lead to long time success.
In my opinion, I believe that being selfish is not really needed to be successful in job . Although people can succeed by updating knowledge , doing task according to protocol .
