In today’sglobalized world traditional music seems to have lost it’place among younger generations, who who prefer modern generes.I agree with the view that the traditional music is becoming extinct in this generation due to changing lifestyles, and the secondly dominance of popular global music trending.
One of the main reason that traditional music is about to disappear is the changing lifestyles.Every year the pace of technology and the rhythm of songs are developing and changing so people can listen to song according to their taste.For instance the traditional songs were slow and calm but now there are different genres.Therefore young individuals prefer modern rhytms than listening to traditional rhythm.
Moreover the dominance of popular global music on social media will have a major impact.Young persons spend a lot of time on social networks and are interested in new popular music.For instance Tik Tok is the most used application ,so the most songs in the world are recognized by this.Thus as social networks develop,the popularity and quality of songs increase and people’s interest in traditional songs decreased.
In conclusion, I strongly agree that it is disappearing due to young people not listening to traditional songs.As time progressed, people can listen to the music of their favourite type on any platform of their choice.
Most of traditional songs are old and their rhytms are not up to done.
