In this period of modernity, everybody wants to prove their capability by different works. There is a mindset that only man can do hard works and earn for family, and for over many years this belif was stayed in many different cultures, but nowadays both men and women works for earn. Because of this change, several impact effects to their personal and social life. This essay will further elaborate my views for favouring this notion, thus lead to a logical conclusion.
Analyzing the statement and explaining further, first and the foremost cause of this change is that economical change as compared to last years. These days compition in the job market and inflasion in the price of basic life things made women to earn for satisfy the need of her family, because it cannot be fulfilled by earning only one person from a family. To illustrate this, recent survey say that a family of a four person living in the normal city area needs at least 40,000 rupees per month to live, but in today’s world normal men cannot be able to earn and give this amount to his family after cutting his expences, so solution to this is that both men and women have to work.
Probing ahead, there are distinct impact of it. One of it is impact on their children. Because of the improper work-life balance, children suffres from many situations. If female is a work person, she have to manage both, her profasional work and family work. Because of this women are not able to give attention to their children perfectly. For example, a women who works for a multinational company is having parants meeting of her son next day, but because of the meetings, she will be not able to attend it. In this situation, she will be not able to take feedback from teachers of son regarding his academic performance.
To conclude this, from the arguments aforementioned above one can reach to the conclusion that both of the genders have to work nowadays, but there should be work-life balance in their life, so they can give attention to other aspects of life .
