The delay that traffic causes in various big cities has sparked a debate , it is now seen as a threat to individuals everyday life. This essay will discuss the reasons for this problem, it’s effects on the society and possible solutions that can be put in place.
firstly, one of the major reasons behind this problem includes the steady increase in the popluation of residents in the urban areas of a state. when this happen, the number of citizens who lives and works within the city centers are bound to withness traffic on the roads due to the fact that, there are many individuals also trying to catch up with their various schedules at the same time. For instance, while i was going to drop my kids in school this morning and journey to work at 7am, getting to the bustop, there were numerous parents like myself who is trying to navigate between work and school runs at the same time.
Futhermore, there are various negative effects to this issue which result to employee’s of labour who live far away from their place of work, and may witness a terrible delay on their way to work due to heavy road conjestion , will have to face the purnishment, that comes with lateness which can either be dismissal on their appointment or a reduction in their salaries at the end of the month.
However, there are some possible solutions to the underlying problem, which is the creation of mutiple road networks, the presents of traffic lights , and the presents of road maps which can aid users to navigate the road adequately.
Ultimately, the major city roads are to be constructed in ways in which it will benefit more citizens, by providing different aids like road maps, road warders, accessible networks and saftey for its citizens.
