In recent times, whilst some proponents believe that remote learning become more attractive than classroom education, other opponents don’t prefer online education. I think that distance learning has more beneficial impacts than its detrimental effects.
On the one hand, there are several advantages of E-learning it can save lots of time and money also it is available on the Internet anywhere. This means that educators can give lectures to their learners on their phones, laptops or iPads. In addition, it also reduces the cost of education such as transportation and rent. For instance, a plethora of learning platforms like Coursera and EdX are providing vocational learning programs, which help students accomplish skills that are necessary for their careers. Hence, what can be said is that this tendency facilitates many pupils to learn without any restrictions.
On the other hand, online education has negative impacts on the education process. In other words, it reduces the communication between students and educators, so there is a lack of Interaction between teachers and students leads to poor teacher-student relationships. When compared with the traditional teaching method, online teaching lacks real interaction between students and teachers. According to the report released in 2022 by the National Researcher Office in Korea, the amount of papers increased by 42% because of carrying out online courses. Moreover, in brief, it is extremely beneficial for professors to teach students face to face.
In conclusion, by highlighting the above-mentioned points, it can be reiterated that online education has beneficial consequences for learners. Therefore, I believe that this trend supports students to achieve their educational goals without any barriers.
