In recent years, work from home became a popular trend for employees. This essay will critically evaluate advantages and disadvantages of this shift and contends with that, despite of drawbacks, the benefits of doing remote work are more substantial.

It can be challenging for those employees to manage their work where there is a high dependency on other team members. They have to spent their precisous office time on calls for teams coordination which can be easlily managed by visiting to office.
