Housing is the topic of a debate which comes up with lot of questions about the rates, best accommodation, services, etc. Some of the arguments urge between pros and cons of houses and apartments. Living in a house comes with these boon and bane.
First of all, the most crucial factor is spacing. The amount of area people get while considering house is enormous. For instance, my friend brought in a house last year and today her whole family of 7 individuals living over there and additionally she is running beauty parlor too. Thus, house is a medium for her living and source of income. But the dark side of it is pricing, which is not budget friendly and overly charged. This ratio is increased in past few years.
On the other hand, people living in apartment is praising its price and control utility bills they received. Moreover, life in apartment are considered to be more ease because you are close with human connections. For example, if you have any sort of hardship, you can contact to your neighbor for assistance or support. But the disadvantage of living in small houses is that in future the selling cost of these types of homes will reduce whereas purchasing cost will remain the same.
Therefore, both of the options have its own advantages and disadvantages. But in my opinion, living in a house is more beneficial because in future it will give huge returns and also in present time it provides paramount services and comfort of living.
