Some people believe that teenagers should concentrate on all subject at school, while others think that they should focus on the subject they are good or interested in. I partly agree with both of view, student need to study all subject and they also should have opportunities to develop their interests. (both view are valid)
First perfective, learning all subjects can provide adolescent with well education. When they were young, students may not know what they want to learn, by learning different subject can help them to develop their interests. For instance, studying math or social can give basic knowledge for them. It can be useful for the future education or their life. And having knowledge in different types improve their problem solving or critical thinking.
On the other side, teenagers should have focus on the subject they interest. The student has different choice and asks them time to spend is equal amount of time on every subject can be reduce their motivation. Such as a student who likes in public service may benefit more from they to spend time on social subject. This could help them develop skill and prepare for their future career. However, this does not mean that they can ignore other subjects.
To sum up, I think that adolescent should study some subjects, but they should be given little freedom to focus on the subject they are most interested in or talented at. This method can be provided them with both a best education and the opportunity to develop their individual strengths.
