In present days the internet has become a crucial part of our lives. Almost everyone has access to the internet, the modern devices and anything that works with the internet. The younger generation are used to work and study with the modern devices. However, some people have become addicted to them. In my opinion the internet is very useful, but it’s not able to solve many of humanity’s problems.
In the past, when the internet did not exist in the human’s life yet, people used to other methods of communication or found the necessary information they needed using other things. For example, university students found the informational materials they needed in the libraries or in educational articles. And now they use the internet to found the educational sources or e-books.
Without the internet our lives will change. On the one hand, we will lose access to the huge amount of information that is now just a click away. Social networks and messengers will become inaccessible, which can cause serious problems in communicating with friends and family. Additionally, many internet-related jobs, such as web-development, digital marketing and content-making will become less accessible or impossible.
However, on the other hand, being offline can lead to healthier lifestyle. Without constant access to the internet, people can focus on the real rather virtual relationships, which will lead to improved quality communication. It will also reduce dependence on technology, helping people become more independent and responsible.
In conclusion, it is impossible to say for sure whether we will ever be able to completely abandon the Internet. However, it is clear that its use must be more conscious and responsible. We must strive for balance between advantages and disadvantages of the internet in order to create more harmonious society.
