The numerous of elderly people increasing along with the inclining of health facilities. I believe that the significant escalation of old people will not face a huge problem as long as the country has a efficient strategy.

Firstly, the technology advances bring positive effect on medical sector. Majority hospitals in developed country already installed sophistocated medical tools for enhancing its perfomance. For example, in USA, older people doesn’t need to be frightened for illness issues cause hospital already applied surgery methods to solve that. In some emerging country, the substitution of ancient medical tools already done particulary in untouchable region. The replacement of medical helps villagers to recover in the nearest health facilities.

Secondly, financial supports such as health insurance become essential priority in many countries. Health insurance scheme not only available for young people but also elder group. Based on individul observation, majority health insurance user found in health center is old group. Health guarantee covers either physical or mental issues. Hence, elder group will feel guaranted for their health problems. Moreover, the insurance not only can be applied in hospital but also public health center. So, accessibility to health facilities is not threat for enhancing sanity.

Thirdly, government starts to provide social subsidy to elderly people. For example, In Indonesia, the subsidy suplementation is formed into package that contains rice, vegetable oil, eggs, meat and other foodstuffs. Foodpackage containing good nutritions can fill the nutrition needs of old group. Based on science, high nutritious aliment significantly reduce the risk of heart attack.

As conclussion, during the inclined of hospital technology and applied government policy, There is a strategy to cope with the increase in numbers of elderly people today.
