Some people believe that cutting edge technological devices may replace teachers, so they will no longer necessary in class rooms. Personally I disagree with this point, because humans cannot be replaced by robots or any technology, as we gain a number of abilities and sense, understanding that technologies do not have.
First and foremost, teachers play a crucial role in student’s education and mental well being as well, unlike machines, they can support and encourage their students where necessary and explain the theme to every student in the way that student can understand. For instance in the mathematic class many children struggle with understanding theme, a teachers deep explanations can make a significant difference in a student’s understanding and confidence. Technology, although cannot provide encouragements or real-time moral supports in the same way as a human teachers.
Moreover, classroom is more than just a place to learn academic subjects; it is also one of a memorable places in student’s life where they develop their social communication skills. Teachers foster collaboration and discipline-qualities which online platforms cannot provide. A well-managed classroom encourages teamwork, respect and discipline; which are vital for children’s future careers and jobs.
All in all, technology should not be seen as a threat to humans, we should use it to enhance our future and boost education instead. Moreover, it is a powerful tool for teachers; online educational platforms, cognitive cartoons, and smart boards.
To sum up, although technology has well developed it cannot replace human abilities such as; adaptability, mentorship and discipline. Our bright future lies on the good combination of cutting-edge devices and better education systems and experts.
