In recent years, many job holders have started to work outside towns instead of their offices in urban areas. In my view, the employees and the surrounding have both pros and cons due to this change and this essay will outline the major advantages and disadvantages.

Nowadays, most of the offices and institutes allow their employees to work from home which had led to lack of resources for the workers. Office members who used to come to the office that contain lots of materials as well as the mentors who could fulfill their shortcomings. But, as the individuals can return to their home towns and still complete their jobs, sometimes, the lack of technologies in the rural areas can hamper their work efficiency. Additionally, the village area will get populated and wastage will continue to increase.

On the flip side of this change, the vast development of technologies has led the individuals to be flexible while doing their work. The benefits are far more significant as the workers could do their work in their own place and pace, with the proper environment they could enjoy instead of the busy city life. For example, most of the programmers choose to work from their home or anywhere they are comfortable. This increases the productivity, also, enhance the outcome. Secondly, the surrounding of urban area become fresh and less populated, resulting in easy transportation and hospitality.

In conclusion, despite some minor negative consequences, the benefits of remote work are more porminent because they require no physical presence which makes people having disabilities to work fastly and easily.
