With the grow up of remote work, many companies are today allowing employees to work from different places in the world. There are any bestsides and drawbacks of this meaning, and this essay will discuss both of views.
Firstly, in my point of view there are more advantages to workers and employers, that employees can work online, it is for them better due to they can economy time and money, they do not go out and etc. next, for them may be comfortable work in house, they can eat food, do home things, and they have more time to do anything. For them only needed modern technoogies to work. Next, for employers it is too grat. Because they should to do anything for comfort their employees, for instead: buy something, paper, furniture to office and etc. And then, the other world people may be have well-known education tnan this world people. It is help to develop the work.
Subsequently, there are disadvantages of this view that, it for emloyers may bad to get unfamiliar person and in anywhere, because they might work very bad, or to do nothing for work. They can take all informations of this work and to get it for herself and throw this company. In this cases the company that the employers can decrease and be in crizis. And which, to employees might be more negative sides, due to they work more hours or days and the employer may be do not give them salary. In this cases for them hard that they can not take money because they far at others.
In conclusion, there are both sides of disadvantages and advantages. In my point of view, to get employees for remote work at another world is easier to workers and hirers.
