Social media is being used by all age groups for various purposes and its become a daily part of their life. Many people think that individuals share their personal information on social media which can help them to socialize with other people in their community while others think there will be a threat to their data. In this essay ,I am going to outline both the views of people that is how can online media effect and benefit the society, before my opinion.

On one hand ,through social media people can create a huge network with other individuals that is social media runs on a wide and large website ,where teenagers looking for a job after completing their tertiary education can apply jobs on various online portals, as well send their online profile to recruiters to get employed in a company. Moreover IT companies can collaborate with other well known software companies through a video call or by sending email to build a product that will benefit the society and also attract a huge number of clients .For example : Bosch company join hands with Samsung to create a high-level working washing machines

On the other hand, the private and high secured data can be leaked to other government sectors, especially in army it is the responsibility of the troops to maintain the data during the wars so that the attackers will not be having a clue to attack the territory .Furthermore in scientific field when they are inventing a vaccine the compounds name should be highly secured if it is pirated by other people there will be a failure in the development of the medicine. For instance : During the covid the co vaccine ingredients where revealed so people restricted themselves in taking it.

In my opinion, Social media is computer networking system where it has its own pros and cons it is the responsibility of the user to use it cautiously while providing their information on this website it may benefit them or it can also cause insecurity.

In conclusion , throughout the world there is a rise of individuals using online media this can benefit undergraduates in getting employed. However it is a hurdle for governance system such as army forces when raw facts are revealed and also it can effect the scientist preparing medicines. In my opinion ,it depends on the humans how effectively to use this kind of media.
