It is believed that women and men have different strong and weak sides when they are compared to each other. I firmly believe that some positions can be filled by just one gender because of this. As it is known, men are more physically stronger, while women are more caring, and if the job is filled with a suitable individual, the economy may benefit from it as well.
Firstly, as stated before, two genders are good at different fields due to their character traits. As it is anticipated, heavy industries, such as car manufacturing, require physical labour. Therefore, men should be hired for these types of jobs due to being able to handle physically challenging works. On the other hand, the nature of women is more meticulous, and it is undeniable that they are good at tending children and people in need. For example, my grandfather worked in a ship factory, which was located in Germany, from 1980 to 1990, while my grandmother worked there in a mansion as a carer of an old man at the same time period.
Consequently, in my opinion, this approach would be quite beneficial for companies and businesses. First and foremost, the efficiency would increase in the workplace because the job is done by a person who has the needed characteristic traits. As a result, the revenue of the company would increase, and the economy would also benefit from this situation. For instance, Turkey has announced that women are not allowed to work in construction sites anymore. After a while, it is observed that the speed of constructions has significantly increased in the country.
In conclusion, there is some crucial differences between men and women in the terms of some features that is related to their genders. Therefore, when a person is hired for particular positions, their genders should be taken into consideration. Furthermore, this development would also contribute to the economies of countries.
