Some people believed that mothers should give more care their child than fathers and should not work because of women have lot of impormation rather than men.In my opinion, I am completely disagree with this statement.A growing kid should equally responbility both side parents. Therefore, they can have happy family relationship.
Some culture have different perspective of dad role than others culture. For example, development countries have equal responsibility during developing their kids but underdevelopment countries mum has all duty about child development. Some research shows that children should have relationship with dad and should spend same time with each parents.Moreover, looking child should teach men. As a result, for child development fathers have some duty as mothers as except from looking who is better.
Furthermore, women’s happiness is so important when they are mother.Around the world, most of the women are leaving when they are delivery baby. Some of them can not return back their career. Therefore, they are not happy and they do not have freedom financially. If women want to work, they should be work.So father need to take more responsibility from mother. Thus, women can focus their career as well.
In conclusion, it is argued that women has more knowledge about childcare so they should not focus their worklife. But men can improve themself about childcare and they should give their children care because of healthy relationship with their children and partner.
