It is commonly believed that women are better whether raising children or less in working life and also they are more suited for jobs related to care. I disagree with this notion because there is a wide variety of skills and types of people, as well as several job prospects for women to enhance their experience.
Initially, women could select careers depending on their interests and skills. Furthermore, some women maybe unable to work with their qualities such as caring but instead prefer to pursue occupations that align with their passion. Many women create business to show off their talent and interest, such as catering, baking, floristry, and etc. Which that jobs not binding contracts and even can be done in home. As a result, they can engage in these activities while maintaining their roles as housewives and also can still take care of their children.
Additionally, there are numerous job opportunities for women today. Women may enhance their skills to adapt to existing employment vacancies and pursue more professions that allow them to earn more income. This situation also indicates that women can hold the similar positionas males. Moreover, certain companies seek female’s soft skills to handle specific tasks. As a result, women may use their caring demeanor as a woman alongside their professional responsibilities.
