The world would be a better place if more women were in leadership positions. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
With female leadership positions world might be better place. working with women in team will increase all kinde of benifints since most of them are outgoing and creative in the same time females are more sensitive that mans so i believe there are valid arguments on both sides.
Looking at it one way, negotiat only with one gender representative is not a raelly good option since both genders have strong different sights for problems.however working with women might be beneficial for many cases. because they are more creative and overthinking. not only how we know women are good at discussing a lot of stories, making conclusions, some how manipulation also developed in them. With this skills they can be good at leadership. since when you are leader of some team you have to listen others them make optimal outcome to problem or topic. Maybe some time manipulate others to your idea or opinion. abilities like them are exactly for leading people.
Looking at it other way, as we all know that females are more sensitive and emotional than males. most women prefer emotions than rules or sometimes they can chooce more elegant version of solution however men choose profitable type. while women give importance to beauty, men give importance to quality. While men focus on the physical and financial consequences of the problem, women see its emotional and environmental impact.also it is clear that while men can put their emotions second at work, women are more likely to put work second and give in to emotions. and based on such facts, we can safely say that putting women in leadership is not a very right and beneficial choice in all respects.
in conclusion we can surely say that working with women as a team is really good idea because they are really creative and give unique ideas for many problems,make choices with taste. which is good for every organization. but despite these qualities, they are not ideal candidates for leadership. The thoroughness and firmness of men are also suitable for management.
