Dear Mr. Ali Azad

I hope you doing well. Since I have been working here, have done everything in my job description and far beyond which shows my enthusiasm and loyalty into working in this company. I don’t necessarily expect you to give me something, but I do want to discourse my attitude into the new news. Recently, I have heard of a news about an opening in “supervisor” post. I think no one could run it as well as me who am working here for 4 years and know the rule, am familiar with environment and colleagues and also with customers which are comfortable with me. Anyone who come from another department or company, could struggle getting along with the environment and employees as well. Not to mention it will cost the company a lot. If I get promoted to this position, I will do my best to excel the former supervisor. I will change the working environment into more friendly space which make it less monotonous for staffs.

I would be honored to be considered as best candidate of this position.
