What is the best way to educate a child? Is it learning in traditional system at school, or maybe giving a young person more space and choosing home-school? In this essay I will try to answer theese questions, and look into the advantantages of both.
Firstly, I would like to discuss pros of being home-schooled. Not only might this particular system be potentially more effective, especially for children who have problem to focus and follow teacher’s lecture, but also more intresting. Specifically, what I deem is that teaching at home let introduce some more individual way of learning, for example if someone is auditory learner, maybe it is beeter to choose podcast to learn a new topic, over for instance videos or books, which should be choosen by visual learners.
On the other hand going to schools also has many positive sides for a child. Certainly it is considerably more satisfaying way of educating for kids, whoose parents do not have tools, time or energy to provide them evironment for development, but classical school is also path for one’s who would not be able to organize and motivate themself. Furthermore, school gives children teachers, who can be their mentors to lead them to some schoolar attainments. Subsequent plus of going to school are social skills- playing with other kids, working together on some project, having friends or even arguing, it is what not only do build memories, but additionally teach children how to behave, work on relations or cooporate in group.
Overall, both system have positive aspects, so it depence on a specific child and it features, but also, as I mentioned in second paragraph decision is influenced by parents situation and possibilities, which one should be chosen. Perhaps children who need more individual learning path should better learn at home, while other who would have problem with motivating themself and building lesson structure ought to teach at school.
