The skills needed for a successful career is a relatable topic for all working adults. I would said that a creative thinking and collaborative personality are needed to success in work.

Critical thinking is a crucial skill in different job areas. The development of this era changes rapidly, while the problem we met in our career will change in different phases. For example, a person who met an unprecedented problem will need to utilize creative thinking skills to provide new ideas and solutions to overcome the problem. If someone lacks a creativity mind, he will attempt a new problem with old solution or idea which wouldn’t work out. A creativity mind is needed for successing in career.

On the other hand, willingness in collaborating with teammates is also an important skill for an outstanding career. The majority of the work demands teamwork between colleagues for accomplishing a project. Although independence is also important for a successful career, unwillingness in cooperating with teamwork brings lot of problems during work process. Collaborative person would enhance the output efficiency where the workload could be averaged to each of the teammates. Being a good team worker helps us to success in our work.

To conclude, being creative assists us tackle problems in novel ways while being a well cooperating person decline our workloads. We should equip these two skills in order to have a successful career.

Some people believe that traditional exams are a fair way to assess students' knowledge, while others think that continual assessment such as coursework and projects is more effective. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
