Hi John,

I hope things are well at your end. I am writing to you to inform you that my family and I have moved to a new three-bedroom house on Don Mills and Sheppard. I am elated to tell you that it is a 30-minute bus ride to your house, and that now we would be able to see each other frequently.

The reason we relocated was because we were not happy with the neighborhood environment we were living in. Lately, there had been an increase in number of crimes making it an unsafe place to reside in. Our new house is bigger and more spacious. It is on the sixteenth storey with a lovely balcony looking into the park nearby.

We would love to invite you and your family to our housewarming party this Saturday, 19th of May at 7 pm. Hope to see you there.
