To whom it may concern,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you in regards to the current room I am sharing with Maria, another college student who recently enrolled into Biochemical Engineering program. We started to become roomates since last month. The initial begining appears smooth-sailing when we were introduced to each other and we became nearly bestfriends over the first 2 weeks. We were in great harmony and were able to tolerate each other in synchrony. She was so dear to me that I account her as my own blood sister.
However it turned sour in the upcoming forefront. It all started with a missing room key. I accidentally locked the room while she was still bathing, without knowing that her keys are earlier misplaced. It was merely not done on purpose as it was purely accident. I was not picking up the phonecalls or answering to her texts while I was unfortunately packed with classes that one specific morning. She was totally enraged by the fact she was locked inside, with no one to rescue. I immediately rushed and detoured to our room the instant moment I realised her calls. What makes me bitter is that despite being appreciated and thanked for, I was bombarded with harsh comments and disheartening remarks which I hardly believe. She was not temperamental at all. I attempted to make amends with her, but to no dismay, we became further apart.
I would prefer a private room is that possible as I entirely would like to be drama and problems free. At least for the next few months for now as I feel deeply traumatized and insulted by the previous encounter. I would not mind having another roomate in the future, in the highest hopes of finding a decent one.
Thank you in advance and I hope to be transferred into another room, if possible a different block to be exact.
