Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain regarding the issues I have with my roommate.

I stay in the room 203 of Jackson’s hostel, which is in our main campus. From the past few weeks, I am facing a problem with my roommate Jack. He is very untidy and unhygenic. He always brings his friends to our room and play with them. You know how things are messed up in the corporate world and having all of this on the top just worsens my situation. Moreover, he and his friends not only play games during the day time, but tends to play for the whole night. This disturbs my sleep and I do not tend to wake up fresh everyday. However, this has affected my work, as I am not able to pay attention during my work time.

I am requesting you to please help me find a different room, preferably a private room, where I can stay alone and focus on my work. This will help me to stay in a good space and maintain my work-life balance.Hope you understand my problem.Yours Sincerely,Harsh Dhandukiya
