In recent years, more offices are built in open spaces for work by companies. While it can offer many of facilities, such as watching environment with mood and not requiring more equipment for rooms, there are a several disadvantages.
On the one hand, the main advantage of open-spaces offices is that workers can encourage themselves via nature. While offices are constructed in open-spaces, employers can work with a high mood, and open space offices don’t require much money for rooms that are wrapped with windows. Benefits are both immediate and enduring, ranging from reducing cost to supply more convenience environment to workers. For example, more buildings, such as Cyber University, in Uzbekistan are created in open spaces because of many of facilities. Other advantage is that owners of offices don’t divide much money for designing office’s rooms or constructing. For instance, there are more and more windows for nature or restricting cost in cutting-edge constructions.
On the other hand, there are several disadvantages, one of which is that employers may not concentrate to their tasks due to open windows since actions in environment are watched by all workers who focus on useless area. Therefore, this drawback of open space offices cause cutting down income of the company and affect worker’s personal progress. For instance, buildings can be building in separate areas now.
In conclusion, planning to build separate or open-space offices is related to organizers as there both advantages and disadvantages in them.
