Through my experience, though it has its own limitation, I gernarally agree that nowadays young people are spending a large amount of time to enjoy content from digiatal devices rather than otherleisure activities, and I think this kind of phenomonon is unhealthy to physically unhealth.
Exploring contents from digital devices often takes lots of time staying in the same places, resulting in an unhealthy body physical body. A great deal of research has indicated that people who spend too much time on TV and online videos often do exercsie, or exercise less than 1 times a week. Those results are predictable since the time outside of work is limited, and watching these shows will occupy most of the free time. The low frequency of exercising often leads to heath problems including obesity and cardiac diseases and this group of people should be more concerend about.
To improve this situation, a useful and basic method is making a schedule and good time management. People should determinewhich video content is the favorate, and restrict the watching time into the specific zone of daily time. People can also seek out other kinds of leisure activity: reading or hand-crafting work would be astart and they could continue by exploring exercise and other skillful hobbies. It is expected that such kind of efforts could reduce the dependence of video and change the daily habits.
There are many and diverse leisure activites other than watching TV and video, and they are also been showing on the latter’s content. People’s lives will improve if they can expand their range of interests.
