Fossil fuel is the main source energy. However people are being encouraged to move to such alternative energy sources as wind solar so on. Do you think this is a postive or negative development

In many parts of world, fossil fuel is used to produce energy. Since this source of energy is damaging the enivorment, it is argued that we should adopt new energy sources such as solar and wind energy. I think this is positive development seeing as when we say alternatives, nuclear energy also is an option. […]
