The maps show a plan to further development of an industrial site.Overall, this place will be changed completely- all facilities will be removed and instead,new buildings will be constructed.
To start with ,the industrial site is surrounded by Chimney Road to the north-,Swallow Street to the south,Pie Walk to the east and Toe Lane to the west.Below the Chimney Road,there is Entrance and Reception.From there ,turning to the right, a large factory stands there ,next to Pie Walk.This spot is adjacent to the several offices and canteen,on the left hand side.Storage and Parking space ,are on the west side of these offices.In the middle of the industrial site is a yard
According to the redevelopment plan,the Entrance and Reception will be demolished and 3 double-bedroom houses will be replaced and they will be enclosed by Private roads except for the nothern side where is the Chimney road.The next change is that the yard will be transformed into communal gardens.The parking area will be relocated to the north-east corner ,at the junction of Chimney road and Pie walk .In its spot 3-bedroom house will be constructed .
