In detail, in 2011, the number of telephone inquiries decreased slightly from 900 in January to 800 in February, after which it increased moderately to 1000 in March and it remained stable until April. After that, it grew dramatically to 1400 in May, followed by a modest increase of 1600 in June. Similarly, the figure in person climbed considerably from 400 in January to 800 in March in the same year, which rose sustainably to around 1200 in April. Then, it increased sharply to over 1800 at the end of the period.
In contrast, in the same duration, the number of inquiries by letter or email followed a modest decrease from around 800 in January to 700 in February, after which it remained constant until March. However, there was a significant decrease from 700 in March to below 400 in May, followed by an unchanged stabilization when it came to the end of the period.
