Many countries have rules and laws to keep peace inside. If society had unlimited rights without punishment for bad deeds, they would not be safe and functional.
From my perspective this statement is absolutely correct. Due to absence the legal protection, it evidently will lead to the impunity. Hence, it can be cause of economical chaos.
Every country’s economy based on laws that can protect from small to big organizations, and help customers to not be fooled by sellers. Laws need to protect every human’s right and also to oblige them. Thanks to the laws under no circumstances are individuals allowed to make murders, robbing and spread an illegal drugs. Without this basic requirements society will have feeling of unsafety and anxious.
For instance, there is a sample of impunity in the history: no scene had a civil war began than also began a period of anarchy in Russia. Peoples overthrew the government’s power and started being free to do whatever they want. As a result it caused the chaos, increased numbers of robbing and assassination, ruined the economy, peoples started to do illegal actions, sold illegal drugs and other naughty things. This period of time was quite challenging and horrible to Russia. It has impact to their culture that seems in their style, literature and cinema. Ultimately, laws and obligations is the most necessary thing in every country. Not only do laws keep society safe and sound, but also keeps economy functional and more stable.
