Admittedly, there are some advantages of funding art activities and courses by government, like music and dance. It also is believed better policies. Besides, this demand is aided by civil society, like individual businesses and families of children. To be honest, the method is also a good idea. Whereas, in my opinion, I agree the view of outgoing by government agencies. And I will explain with further detail in the following paragraph.

Owing to paying taxes from civilians, the government must need to do feedbacks to people in society. Due to the responsibility lies with government department, taxes collected should be used in the right place. For instance, I have seen some family of extreme poverty unable to attend the artistic curriculum. In fact, Based on social equality and care. Certainly, I assume that is also the value and essence of the government’s existence.

On the other hand, arts lectures be aided by civilian units and families is an effective approach. Nevertheless, sometimes it’s unfair. For example, my more well-off classmates have more choices and rights to learning type of course. Moreover, private businesses no matter the size already pay sufficient taxes to the government. Requiring them in charge of setting up arts lessons must be gives them large pressure. Not to mention, this is more difficult for small companies and family. Therefore, I disagree to ask the private firms and families to burden the cost of art courses according to the reason I mentioned above.

To conclude, I consider that government should provide all the facilities of learning arts and music. Apart from that, this is also crucial element of society.
