Dear John,

I am participaling in the annual photogranhy compelicion of this year, which is to be held on July 15, 2024. As you already know, I am facing some technical issues with my camera ; I wonder if you can let me borrow yours for this important event.

Although, my camera is quite new and hi- tech, It keeps giving me tough time everytime need it the most. I am devestated to tell to that all of the photographs we took on the last hike turned out really bad. I have booked an appointment with a technician but it is just after the event. So, I am helpless and really hope that you could lend me your camera.

I will need it for the whole time of the event which is from morning 9:00 AM to late evening till 7:00 PM. So, it would be easier if I could get it a day before the event. I will make sure that I return it to you by the end of the day on 15th. Please let me know if that works for you.
