Overally, the enquiries number received by telephone and those asking directly to people tended to increase significantly over six months, while there was a decline in the other figure. Generally, in May and June the enquiries were higher than those after.
The number of enquiries received by people in January was at the bottom position, after which it saw a dramatic growth to 800 in March, before ending the period at the highest point by around 1100. Similarly, the figure of those sending by telephone started at nearly 900, with the fluctuation between 800 and 900 in the next three years, and rose enormously to 1600 in June.
Having 800 people using letter/email to enquire in January before decreasing slightly to 700 people in March. After that, the figure declined gradually to under 400 people and finally remained at this level.
