It is often argued by many people that the taxes on the goods for other rising nations should be increased to grow local businesses. I do not agree with this statement as I believe if the tariffs will be enhanced it will affect to the consumption of the products that sell by the locals, because other nation will begins to have it in serious way and they will use it in limit.
People have numerous statements on this matter that the tariffs must be raised by the locals, but I not agree that it should be implimented to others. Although, the taxes will increase the local economy health, but it will also affects to production of the new goods. Because the users would starts to get it in small quantity and later by the passing time it will starts to decrease the local production.
Additionally, if the tariffs will be implemented for the certain time, it would give the benefits for the particular time period not for long haul. It will not only low the interests in the same company’s goods also it would be turn their ways to another country’s stuff. Few months ago, the survey done by the news channels in India about the consequences of US tariffs on Canada for export things and it was observed that the US loose their good relation with Canada’s local businesses. In result, the America had have to remove the taxes and they again came down at the same portion.
In conclusion, I analyse that the drawbacks are more than its benefits for the locals, which could be put permanent stop to buy things from the locals. Either the tariffs only increase in small percentage than it would be helpful or implemented for a short time.
