Overall, it can be seen that the levels of satisfaction with the education system in Japan, Germany, and Brazil increased, whereas they decreased in the USA and Australia. Further, satisfaction levels in Japan were consistently the highest over the entire period.
Looking at the data sets in more detail it is evident that the percentage of people who were satisfied with the education system in Japan stood at about 55% in 1990. By 2010, this figure had increased to approximately 70%, which was the highest point on the chart. The levels of satisfaction with schooling system in Germany and Brazil showed a similar trend, raising from 33% and 15% to 50% and 30% in 1990 and 2010, respectively. Satisfaction levels in Brazil, therefore, showed the greatest increased over the entire period shown.
Turning to the remaining data sets it is clear that 50% people in Australia was satisfied with the education system in 1990. This number slightly increased to 59% in 1995, dropped to about 43% in 2005 and remained almost constant till the end of the period. Similarly, the levels of satisfaction with education systems in the USA fell from 45% in 1990 to 29% in 2010.
