In recent years, because of the development of the technological revolution, computers are replacing people in some tasks, such as driving cars by computers. From my perspective, I believe that the positive sides of this trend outweigh the negative ones.
The predictions of this phenomenon are started from several reasons. Firstly, with the remarkable increase remarkably of technological advancements, Artificial Intelligence (AI) can analyze a huge of data and act suitably in each conditions that some people cannot. Moreover, self-driving technology can create a flexible approach and safer system for users when they participate in traffic. Thus, the number of citizens buying these cars increases significantly. In real life, a large number of people tend to buy electric cars or self-driving cars from Tesla or the Uber company because of the convenience; it is also one of the solutions to protect the environment from air pollution.
However, the development of self-driving cars has potential for some drivers who drive the taxi. Citizens are prioritizing in choosing a modern vehicle with the new system, so the labour of the service driving industry can face unemployment. Specifically, many taxi drivers are unemployed when customers are interested in buying and driving technical cars.
In terms of the advantages of this, it is clear that these cars have a great system to deal with a lot of situations when participants in traffic do not have good problem-solving skills. Therefore, the percentage of traffic accidents can decrease sharply when users equip high-quality facilities. In addition, using electric cars is a creative method to reduce air pollution, because of not use petrol, gasoline, or fuel. Not only protecting the environment but also saving money for people. For example, in Vietnam, Vinfast – a famous brand with electric cars this brand sold many products to the Vietnamese, and they responded with these when Vinfast released their cars.
In conclusion, from these reasons, the appearance of self-driving cars and electric cars has a lot of benefits for both users and modern life, although this trend is argued with some drawbacks.
