Band 5+: You rent a house through an agency. The heating system has stopped working. You phoned the agency a week ago, but it has still not been maned. Write a letter to the agency, explaining the situation and tell them what you want to do about it.

Dear sir/ Dear Madam,

I am Angel Peter, a resident of Maimi street. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with your agency.

One year ago, I decided to took a house on rent with your company and from till now, I am satisfied with your service. However, In the last two weeks, my heating system has stopped functioning. I had attemped many phone calls but did not received positive response and has still not been repaired. It is crucial to start working, because my routine chores will has been hampring.

I request to send workers on an immidiate basis and also write an apology letter for your delay service and Inconvenience I faced.
