Well, to describe something difficult I did and succeeded, the first thing that pops into my mind is when I won a basketball competition when I was in high school. I got hooked on basketball when I was 10 years old, and the reason was quite simple. I was really into NBA games. I was an avid NBA fan and always wanted to be as cool as those professional basketball players. However, I encountered some challenges. For example, I couldn't shoot the ball, couldn't run fast, and I also ran out of energy easily. My solution was simple: I practiced two hours after school every day, and I did it for five years. There was a challenge that I thought was super difficult, but I managed to succeed. When I was 15 years old, I participated in a very important basketball competition at high school. At first, I was so excited. Later on, I became really nervous and anxious since my opponents were incredibly strong and professional. I thought about giving up. However, my coach Jack encouraged me and calmed me down. During the competition, at first, I had a lot of energy and I ran super fast. Twenty minutes later, my legs were sore, and I wanted to give up. However, I remembered his encouragement. I really wanted to win, and I said to myself, 'I can do this. I am the best.' In the final minute, I made a three-point shot, and then I won the competition. After that, I felt ecstatic. My teammates and I were hugging and crying together. We were also super proud of ourselves. Since then, especially I, became super confident. I realized that no matter how difficult the challenge is, with self-confidence, anyone can succeed.
