Overall, it can clearly be seen that there are nine main stages of the process, harvesting corn, storing, milling, cooking with water for four hours, fermenting for four forty eight hours, separating corn, purifying, storing and lastly, transporting.
At the initial stage, harvested corn is stored then transfer to milling process to be crush down into smaller pieces. Subsequently, the corn is mixed with water then cooked for 4 hours. Following this, the mixture undergoes a fermenting process which lasted for 48 hours. After 2 days, the corn get separated into liquid and a solid by-product. The liquid go through a purification process for 5 hours to make ethanol, while the solid by-product is considered a waste. In the penultimate step, it undergoes another storing process before finally transported to the clients.
