Nowadays, unacceptable conditions in prisons are advocated as harsh penalty for lawbreakers. Nevertheless, the idea of strictness is the main reason in repeated law breaking from the individuals. In this case, penal institution becomes the place that only rises the cruelty inside of the person. In addition, the life after the penalty is ruined.
