This graph illustrates and compares the Nelson City back in 2000 and the Nelson City today by demonstrating two separate maps.
Comparing those two maps, it seems like The Nelson City faced some some major changes. Buildings like train station, markets, road were transitioned, hall of residence and wooded area were removed, and food zones like restaurant and bars were built.
Train station has been relocated and transitioned into a new train station, which led to a provision of a tram line from university apartment to a city center, which also became a bike rental scheme. Old market buildings have been moved on the other side of a city center and has been covered by a canopy in addition to that a new shopping centre has been built replacing a bunch of trees on the east of a university.
Hall of residence has been removed at all. Urban road has been changed into a pedestrian only road, crossing which there are two buildings on both sides which located the opposite of a city centre – restaurant on the left, bars and clubs on the right.
